Not much going on today. Staying close to the house this morning and waiting to see what the weather is going to do. We are expecting rain but you never know around here. It seems to miss us most of the time. It is warm and very humid. Tomorrow will me cooler. It is only going to be in the forties which sucks due to the fact we have had temps in the 70's. Oh well, life goes on.

Christy and I are going to gohave lunch and go shopping for clothes for her kids. She is going to pick me up around 12:30. It will be nice just the two of us.

I am going to take back the wireless router and the other part that I bought for the computer today and se if we can get me back up and going very soon. I will let you know if it happens. Maybe it will but I am not going to hold my breath.

Well, I better get off here I need to get some cleaning done and clothes washed before Christy comes. I will update again on Tuesday. Have a great weekend!!!!!

We will have another beautiful day today. It is going to be in the low seventies., but then the rain comes in tomorrow. It will be warm tomorrow but very wet. Then in comes the cold weather again for a couple of days. That's the way it goes when you live in the south.

I had a good report from the doctor yesterday. YEA, It is about time I have some good news. It seems like everytime I went to the doctor I have had bad news. The doctor gave me some cram to put on my heel for the pain since I can't take anything with asprin in it , so we will see if it works. Time will tell.

Not much going on here in the south. Just staying busy with work and doctor's visits. Maybe the doctor's will start to slow down a little.

I am still checking on prices fot the trip to Oregan. I have found them for $250 round trip, which isn't bad but I am going to wait for a few more weeks bfore I book one. I will keep you posted.

Dennis, are you not updating your blog? I have checked it the last few days and it is still the same. Just curious.

What a beautiful aday we had yesterday... It was seventy and sunny. Today is also going to be beautiful day. It is going to be around seventy five degrees. These are the days that we would rather be outside all day. But that is not going top happen.

I go to the doctor again today to see how my blood work-up came out. Maybe I want have to see another doctor anytime soon. I am really looking forward to slowing down on these docotrs visits.

I did get my day off for my surgery. I guess my boss decided that she should go ahead and give it to me because I wasn't going to back down on it anyway.

Well, this is short and sweet but all thingsa must come to an end sometime and since I have to get to the doctors and to work I had better wrap this up. More later...

I talked to the nurse yesterday and she told me that it would be a good idea to have the cancer removed on a Friday because I could not go backto work for 24 hours after leaving the clinic. So I am going to leave it it on a Friday and my boss can deal with it. She told me that it would leave a scare but they would not be able to tell how big of one until after they removed the cancer. Maybe it want be to bad. They are going to do the surgery in the office and send the tissue off to the lab while we wait for the results. She said if they get all the first time then they will put a couple of stitches in and that will be the end of it, but they want know until they actually do the surgery. She also told me that it was going to be sore and bruised. Gee thanks.

I thought I was finished with doctors after Thursday because I had none scheduled for the month of March. Boy was I wrong. I am ready for these appointments to slow down for awhile. It seems like that is all I have done for the past four months. I have seen more doctors in the past four months than I have in the past ten years. That is okay too, because they are getting everything taken care of. I told them this was my hundred thousand mile check-up and that I should be good for another fifty years. Get R done!!!!

I am going to go check on mom in a couple of weeks. She sounds good but I would like to go find out for myself. I will probably go by myself.

This is going to be short and sweet because I have to be at work a little early this morning.

I talked to my mom yestrday and she is sounding better every day. She felt well enough that she even went with Jphnny on Saturday to a Legion meeting and had lunch. She said that her appetite was getting better. I am glad that she is feeling better.

Not much going on around here other than bad to the work force today. I am working extra hours today and on Thursday.

I asked for the 13th off to have the cancer taken off and my boss is givcing me a hard time about doing it on a Friday instead of the middle of the week and I was going to change it to suit her but I decided not to do that. I am going to leave it like it is and she can deal with it.

I decided to get up early and get some clothes washed or I wasn't going to have anything to wear to work and I don't think they would like that at work. After getting the clothes going I can get some up-dates done. It seems like everyday I was having to get out of the house early for a docot or dentist appointment. Today was the only day that I didn't have to leave early. I am still waiting to hear the results from the two spots they removed last week. I don't really think there was anything to them but it is always good to hear something one way or the other.

I talked to mom last night and she is starting to sound better. They took her offf her blod pressure medicine because her pressure was really low ans she seems to be doing better. She still is not eating very well because she says that it bothers her stomach. She has always had stomach problems. She is going to go see a doctor about that in April and maybe they can get to the bottom of it. I am planning on going to see mom again the first of March and check on her in person instead of the phone.

Dennis, I loved the pictures. I know that you guys had a blast. That is one of your dreams come true. I think I like the picture of you setting on the finish line the best. I was glad to see that the weather was good too. So are you ready to go to another race?

I checked into flights again for Oregan and they are running about $250, which isn't bad for a round trip. I will probably be booking one in the next few weeks. We were going to go on another cruise but it doesn't look like we will do one until next year. My beach trip is still up in the air also. My sister-in-law is still working on it, so maybe it will all work out.

Not a lot going on around here other than working. I am trying to keep from taking any time off so that I can build up some of my personnel time to make a trip this summer. I which I could build it up as fast as I could us it. No chance in that.

I am going to try my best to get with Alan and get my computer going. I can't use his in the evening because Riley is always on it when I come home from work and I really want to get mine going again. He said that I needed to get another router because mine is messed up so if that is what it is then I will go get a new one.

I talked to my mom and the took her off her blood pressure medicine. Her blood pressure was really low. They have also set up to do an upper GI and a colonoscopy for April. Maybe they will get to the bottom of this and find out why she is having so much trouble. She has been through so much in her life time. I tell her she is like a cat with nine lives but that she need to slow down.

The weather her has been great. It has been in the seventies but we have rain coming in this afternoon and into tomorrow. Then cooler for Sunday.

I am home for the afternoon. I was going to go clean my car but after seeing the eys doctor and having my eyes worked on and then heading to have my skin poked at I decided to just come home.

The doctor took a couple of spots from me to be checked. One is on my face and the other is on my leg. I should get the results next week. I am really not that concerned. If it is something I will deal with it when the time comes.

My mom was going to the doctor today but I haven't called her yet to see if she found out anything. She said last night that she thought her nerves were going crazy. I am just really concerned for her.

I am going to get off here. I need to go change my bandaid on my face and then head to Walmart. Have a great afternoon.

What a beautiful weekend. Our weather was in the seventies. Saturday was just wonderful. I went and visited some family members and some old friends. It was a relaxing day.

I did get my room cleaned and rearranged part of the room. I also washed a couple of loads of clothes but other than that I did very little.

I have a couple of doctor appointments tomorrow and a hair appointment. After I get through with all my appointments I am planning on cleaning out my car and waxing it. I figured I may as well accomplish as much as I can since I took the day off.
I will be ready to relax after the day is over.

I talked to my mom this weekend and she hasn't been feeling well for the last week or so. I am really concerned for her. Her health is not real good. I will probably go back up and visit her in the next couple of weeks. I feel that it is very important for me to go and visit her often due to her health. Keep her in your thoughts and prayers.

Well, I am going to get off here and go for a walk. I have got to get this going since I did make a promise to get back on track.

Good Morning! It is still cold here. It is colder here than it is in Portland and that isn't good. I have been freezing for the last few days. I am ready for some warmer weather. We should have some by the weeekend. It is going to be in the sventies. YEA.

Iam going to go pick up pecans again this weekend. I was told thatI could go out to my mother-in-laws old house to see if there are any out there, so I am going to go check it out this weekend. I will crack them and put them in the freezer. We have several in there now but I may not get any next year so I better get them while I can.

Dennis, I know that you are excited about taking your trip. Is Sean going to meet you there? If so you guys have a great time and maybe it will warm up before then. It is cold there right now too. Jason and Michelle went to that race either last year or the year before. I can't remember which year. They had a really good time. Michelle is a big racing fan also. I guess I am going to have to go to one just to see what the trill is. Maybe one day it will happen.

My appointment with the bank didn't go to well. At this time they are not going to refinance my car. The guy did give me a name of someone that could clean up the mess that my ex got me into as far as my credit. He told me that they could probably get the foreclosure off but it is a little costly. I will think about it for awhile and do some research before doing it.

There isn't anything exciting going on around here. All I seem to do now is work and come home. I am thankful that I still have a job to go to. I am working on building my days up so I am not taking off to much unless it is for a doctors appointments. I would like to build up about three weeks before I book my flight to Oregan.

Teh kids are doing well. Benjamin is growing like a weed and he starting to laugh a little.

I only have a few minutes to get this done and posted. I have another appointment at eight thirty today. It sems like everyday there is another appointment. I am getting tired of all them. I still have five this month and hopefully I will be finished for awhile.

I went yesterday to get my cap put on my tooth and it did not fit so I have to go back in two weeks. This added another appointment to my month. It will be worth it when I get my teeth all fixed up.

Today I am going to go see about refinancing my car and get a better interest rate. Hopefully it will work out.

We had a good visit with my dad and then we headed to see mom and we spent a couple of hours with her and had a good time. We ended up at home around ten. We are going to plan on going back to my dads when it gets warmer and take the boys fishing. My dad has a pond behind his house. They will enjoy that.

I am having a hard time getting back into my exercising program. Between all the appointments and the cold weather I am in a slump. HELP... Pull me out. I know that I am going to have to just get myself up and get back on it. The eating is not the problem the exercising is.

Dennis, if there was any way I could send you some soup I would do it. I fixed pecan pies the other week for a family gathering and the were all eaten up. I did take a little taste and it was good. To bad you couldn't have a bite. I am probably going to go pick up pecans again this weekend it is nice. I'll bring you some when I come out.
