Hey everyone. I hope this finds all of you doing good. We are better now that the rain is gone. We had betweeen eight to ten inches of rain the last three days. Now it is going to be suynny for a couple of days and then back to the rain again in the middle of the week. What fun. NOT.

I just got through booking my flight to Oregon. I will be leaving Birmingham around lunch and landing in Portland around suppertime. I leave on August 22 and I am there until Sept 5. Now I have to wait for the conformation to come through. It cost $246 round trip. Now I need to save some more money up to spend.

Things are going really well right now. I did go get my curls. Lots of them. Now I have to get use to them all over again. It was nice to be pampered even if I have to do it myself.

Now That I have the ticket booked I can start getting excited about coming out again and I hope this time it is going to be warmer. This is my gift to me for my 50th birthday.

This up-date is for one of my special friends and you know who you are....It has been hard getting the up-dates done with my computor being messed up again. I am working on the situtation.

I ex wanted me to sign a quick title deed to some property that is both of our names and I called my lawyer yesterday and he told me to tell the other lawyer thatI would sign it if they would draw up another paper that stated that I received half of what the land sold for and I am sure that Robert is not going to go for that, but as my lawyer said it doesn't matter to me one way or another because I am not any more if I sign it or if I don't. When I called Robert's lawyer he told me that he could not draw up the paperwork that he was only hired to do the deed and then he poceeded to tell me the benefits of me signing it and tried to put the guilt on me and then I called my lawyer again and he told me that his lawyer was bullshitting me about the paper work. My lawyer told me to call him back again and tell him that he needed to get ahold of his client and tell him that unless there was paperwork drawn up that I was to get half of it anf that I was to be present when the sale was done that they could just quit bothering me. So the ball was thrown back into there field. I have been expecting an ugly phone call from my ex but I am going to let it go to my voice mail and then I will just save the message. I am not going to back done and let him think that his treats are going to get to me. I told my lawyer that I may end needing him again and he said to just let him know. After this is over then the only reason that I should have to talk to theat man is if it is about our children or grandchildren. So we will see where this battle will end.

Our weather here has been great but wew are going to get some more rain in later in the week. We really need the rain to get rid of some of this pollen. My car is orange with a yellow tint. You could spray it off every day and it would still be yellow.

I am getting a new hair do on Thursday. I am going to go get some curls put back into my hair. I will have to get pictures and show everyone. I figured I may as well pamper myself because no one else will. HA! HA!

Hey everybody,

What a wet weekend we had. It rained from Friday through Sunday and then the sun came back out and we have had some more beautiful weather.

I am doing good from my surgery. The brusing is almost gone and I will get the stitches out on Friday. My eye has turned many diferent colors and it is now a little yellowish. I don't think that the scar is going to be to bad.

Work has been going pretty good. I go in today to do my evaluations with my boss. I am sure that it will be good. I usually get the highest that you can get. It want make that much difference in my check but every little bit helps.

I do apoligize to my readers for not updating as often as I was before but things happen. I am still having problems with my computor. My brother thinks that it might be the power cord. I think that is what he said. When I am on the computer it will just quit right in the middle of me doing something. Another thing to get checked out.

To my people out there I will try to up-date more often. DENNIS!!!

Another beautiful day in Alabama. The weather has been just wonderful this whole week. It is coming to an end this weekend. We are going to have some rain come in tomorrow and it looks like it will be with us most of the weekend. What a great way to start the weeekend. It gives me a reason to lay around and do nothing.

Christy and I did make it to breakfast but not to Cracker Barrel. She was to slow getting ot my house so we ended up at Waffle House. Breakfast was good and of course mom paid but then I told her that I would. Then off to the doctor.

Surgery went really well and quite fast. We got there around eight thirty and checked in and we were walking out around ten thirty. The mananged to get all the cancer on the first try which was great for me. I ended up with seven or eight stitches. It will probably be a pretty good scare. I call it my battle wound. I am just so thankful that it was caught early becuase it could have been really bad especially in the area that it was in.
